When will the Arab League implement the Arab joint defense item in response to the blatant Iranian aggression against Arab countries and people?

Kuwait revealed a spying Iranian cell financed by the Iranian embassy. Bahrain clamors with terrorist Iranian cells on its territories. Yemen had announced many times that the Iranian penetration, their support of the Houthis and spread of terrorism.
 The Emirates had lost valuable parts of its territories to satisfy the Persian instinct that is saturated with terror. Iraq and Lebanon are subjected to Iranian control with the official confession of the latter. Palestine is suffering the permanent Iranian targeting to its unity, and the Syrian Arab blood continues to be shed on the hands of the criminal Iranian Revolutionary guard.
