Civil society organizations in Yemen could not reformulate its role and relationship with influential actors in the political life. They are still linked to centers of powers as before youth uprising and in light of contradictions which generate acute splits. Organizations are hired into opposite directions despite the fact that they move and have similar goals. The greater the intensity of the conflict increased, the greater the dominance of conflicting parties increased, turning it into a tool to prop up, decorating and justifying the interests of the powerful parties. Unfortunately, some research centers turned into a field for the production of propaganda.

The greater the activity of civil organizations increased in an epic struggle, the greater its power disperses and becomes pawns that eat itself. This makes it more vulnerable. With time, it loses the vitality and credibility despite its higher voice and media noise. The link to actual centers did not enable it to commit to its goals, and the most important role became to re-interpretation of the conflict, and employing facts to prop up the objectives of the conflicting forces. With the emergence of multiple configurations in most sit-yards, and some of them overlap with the organizations, and reproduction of new organizations in each direction of the various formations have lost their ability to make freedom and peace, and become a productive force for chaos and stifling for itself and its future. Amid conflict that moves out of the political settlement, most of the civil society organizations have lost independence in their depth. Problems have accumulated with the absence of sense of responsibility among those responsible of it and the lack of commitment to values and civil ethics in the management of the battles in addition to its leaving the nature of its work and functions which it was created and engaged in a mess of contradictions that seem to establish a war could explode at any moment.

Thus, who follows up reality of civil society and their shout that demands change found that forces, which manage the civil organizations, deal with new values with opportunism. It is the slogan and goal, however reality is alive with mislead. With arrogance of leaders binding themselves to special projects, scope of conflicts widens inside structure of the civil society which is still embryonic. All that makes civil powers, despite boring theorizing for civil values, as reflection of their contradictions, anti-freedom model, rejection of the other, and a favorable environment for the production of the dictatorship.
