Since a time and Yemen Friends Conferences are holding their meetings, issuing statements, promises, hopes and expectations only. London Conference of Donors which was held in 2006 resulted in a package of reformations and millions of dollars. However, the result was limited and the implementation on ground was truly zero.  
Now, we are in front of Yemen Friends Conference in Riyadh, which concentrates in its priorities on time factor and seriousness in helping Yemen, seeking actually the economic crisis and the dangerous security challenges confronted by Yemen and its urgent needs in the future stage.  
I’m not here to speak about its results that it achieved but I can swear that the Kingdom was the main supporter and is still for maintaining security and peace in Yemen, whether through its custody to GCC Imitative or its political, moral and materialistic support to restore Yemen’s security, taking Yemen away from foreign conspiracies and plans which were planned and are still being planned against it by regional parties. The contribution of the Kingdom by 3 billion and  250 million American Dollars in developmental programs is an additional evidence of Saudi obligation towards security and safety of Yemen.
The meeting of Yemen Friends is held in the shadow of existence of actual challenges. However; I could swear that Yemen which I visited before weeks faces al-Qaida terrorism challenge which is about to be the biggest challenge to Yemen in addition to the horrible deterioration in the country’s economy and continuation of atmospheres of declared and undeclared political repulsion. This matter makes Yemen once more subject to entering a new political crisis which is currently sleeping but it may awake at any time.    
I think that the responsibility of supporting Yemen is an international collective one in order to surmount its stifling crisis whether in its dangerous security sides or economic sides. Further, Speeding up taking international procedures supporting the efforts exerted by various Yemeni Governmental sides for fighting radicalism and terrorism, supporting the starting of the new developmental plan for reducing poverty and defining the priorities of Yemeni developmental needs, going on implementing the developmental programs and the economic aids. 
I think that the Yemeni Government which is semi-economically collapsed needs momentum and big movement for supporting the agendas of political, economic and security reform for building its capacity in fighting terrorism, ending corruption and economic mismanagement that destroyed the economic process and fearful deterioration of means of living and permeation al-Qaida Organization into the main Yemeni joints.   
As there are actual friends of Yemen desire to build a new Yemen, adhering to its security and stability. On the other side, there are more than actual enemies desire to destroy Yemen and its gains, converting it into terrorist camp. I think that as the wisdom gained victory in Yemen transferring to a new age, the Yemenis will gain victory against their actual enemies through assistance of their actual friends.
